Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving in-bound calls from customers who want to open a claim
  • Listening, solving problems, answering questions, and working with customers to find a resolution
  • Using your expertise to proactively make recommendations that will help customers avoid future issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our customers

Ideal Candidate:

Schedule and Availability:

We're hiring for the following shifts:

  • Monday-Friday 12p-9pm EST
  • Saturday and Sunday 10am-6:30pm
  • This job is 40 hours a week, and shifts are usually (not always) 5 consecutive days on with 2 consecutive dates off for 8 hour shifts. However, shifts can change to meet business needs, so it's essential that you have open overall availability.
  • We do pay shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked.

Training and Development:

When you start, we'll provide you with comprehensive training that includes a combination of virtual "class room" and "on the job" training. Our training program is typically 6 weeks long, but the duration can vary. You'll learn the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role and become a valuable member of our team.
