Purpose and Scope

As a Customer Care Liaison at arenaflex, you'll collaborate with cross-divisional teams, customers, and healthcare providers to support effective and efficient customer service operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing Orders: Process received orders in a timely manner, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintaining Data: Maintain detailed data in the applicable system(s), monitoring account activity as necessary.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, ensuring the facilitation of diverse customer requests and collaborating with cross-divisional teams in the coordination of customer service orders.
  • Project Support: Assist with various projects as assigned by your direct supervisor.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned, including focus on one or more departments or locations.

Education

* High School Diploma: A high school diploma is required for this position.

Experience and Required Skills

* 1-2 Years' Experience: 1-2 years' related experience is preferred.

  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
