Job Summary

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering queries, and providing accurate information about our products and services. Responsibilities

* Manage large amounts of incoming calls, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits, always striving to exceed customer expectations.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information to inform future support efforts.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled consistently and efficiently.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers, providing personalized support and solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Participate in frequent overtime to ensure that customer needs are met, even during peak periods.

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in a customer service or client service role.

  • Proven track record of achieving expectations, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to navigate and utilize these tools to provide exceptional support.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, with a strong focus on empathy and understanding.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • High school degree, with a strong emphasis on customer service, communication, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

* Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers.

  • Experience working with utility customers (gas or electric) in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, with a strong focus on providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
