Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability, focusing on the enhancement of our paid media spend around the world. You will work with marketing teams to identify ways to optimize our paid media spend and develop insights to inform business decisions. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Convey insights and recommendations in the area of paid media

• Plan and develop/lead the advancement of investigation, BI, and data science projects fully focused on improving visible paid media and enhancing marketing efficiencies
• Work with paid media data science team and marketing teams on executing media blend models
• Lead ad-hoc analysis through database querying, followed by quick translation of results and the definition and communication of suggestions that drive action
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to handle business challenges and track marketing and product performance with a data-driven approach
• Influence Organized Query Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, Success, and other reporting tools to create and maintain planned and Adhoc reports
• Examine data to identify business issues and lead in-depth dives to perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with partners to leverage data (internal data from arenaflex and Amazon, as well as external data from market research and marketing organizations) and address complex business challenges by conveying significant insights
• Conceptualize and run analysis that create insights on customer behavior and customer needs to help further develop and enhance our value proposition

Essential Capabilities

* Experience in the area of Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Consulting in an e-commerce or related field

• High-level SQL experience
• High-level involvement in at least one industry data analysis and measurement perception tool (e.g. Tableau/QuickSight/PowerBI)
• Master in Success with a demonstrated history
• Degree in data science, business, finance, data engineering, statistics, mathematics, or other related field

• Knowledge of Adobe Analysis
