Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Customer Service and Business Development, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing data entry tasks, and driving business growth through sales and marketing efforts. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement. This is a remote opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from home and manage your time effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Manage data entry tasks, including updating customer information, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service climate or related area.

  • Four-year degree, or two extra years of relevant preparation/experience in lieu of this degree.
  • Capability with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Should be eligible to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

* Earlier carrier experience.

  • Earlier exposure to and utilization of movement industry information revealing sources like Sabre and Amadeus.
  • Capability with CRM instrument Salesforce.
  • Solid relational abilities, with the capacity to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization.
  • Capacity to lay out cross-practical, cooperative associations with different groups and workgroups.
  • Solid authoritative and time usage abilities, with the capacity to adapt to clashes brought about by contending needs.
