Responsibilities

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, ensuring you're always up-to-date on the latest offerings and features.
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Part-time Chat Specialist, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary but preferred).
• The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above being preferred.
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to adapt to new technology and software.
• A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus.
• A positive and professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment.

Requirements

To join our team, you'll need to:

• Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 am-6:30 pm CST.
• Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training.
• Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above being preferred.
• Have a positive and professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment.
• Have gaming experience (preferred but not necessary).
