Experienced Online Customer Service Trainee – Insurance Industry

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing world-class customer experiences to our clients through inbound phone calls, troubleshooting, and policy inquiries.

Essential Functions

As an Online Customer Service Trainee, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
• Working independently, taking initiative, and working with little supervision
• Maintaining regular and timely attendance
• Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
• Ability to manage individual stress/composure
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma
• Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
• Ability to Pass a Background Check
• Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite Experience
• 2 Years of customer Service Experience
