Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Corporate Accounting and Compliance

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our General and Regulatory capabilities, corporate credit card and travel programs, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements under US GAAP.

The Role
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for owning the month-end close cycle, including the audit of prepaid, accruals, and business ledgers to ensure fiscal summary accuracy under US GAAP. Your functional responsibilities will include recording or journal entries (including intercompany entries), preparing accounting report reconciliations, budget versus actual review, and trend analysis. You'll also drive process improvements and automate manual work processes to achieve efficiency, create smart close packages that summarize key business and accounting trends for management review, and address Corporate Accounting in cross-functional collaborations with SP&A, Financial Applications, Travel and Cost, Cash Acquisition Activities, Tax, and regional accounting partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the month-end close cycle, including audit of prepaid, accruals, and business ledgers to ensure fiscal summary accuracy under US GAAP

- Help teams in gathering required expectations for local reporting and compliance purposes
Characteristics We're Searching For:
* 4+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Understanding of US GAAP; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet tight time constraints
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvements
- Flexibility in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to tackle issues independently and exercise judgment when solutions are unclear
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
