As a Manager Operations Process - Customer Experience, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our organization.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager Operations Process - Customer Experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations processes, developing and implementing process improvements, and providing guidance and training to support team members. You will work closely with our Operations Strategy Team and other stakeholders to drive major process improvement initiatives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze complex problems and communicate effective solutions to the team and the field

  • Develop and implement process improvements that drive business results and enhance customer experiences
  • Manage day-to-day processes related to your area of responsibility, including creating and maintaining project work plans
  • Respond proactively to unanticipated store needs and manage action steps necessary for successful execution of strategic projects and process improvements
  • Communicate effectively with the field, stores, and other stakeholders to build strong partnerships and drive business results
  • Prepare and deliver high-level insights and recommendations based on multiple analyses of industry, business, competitive landscape, and consumer data
  • Provide guidance and training specific to your area of expertise and assist in collaborating findings from data and making verbal/written recommendations
  • Maintain a knowledge base regarding specific operations and processes within store operations
  • Responsible for selecting, terminating, performance appraising, and professionally developing support team members (Business Analysts)

Direct Manager/Direct Reports

* Direct and indirect reports typically include 2-5 Business Analysts

  • Requires frequent persuasion or influencing of others, assigning and reviewing work of others, and considering diverse options or procedures when solving problems
  • Once given general assignments, determines priorities and defines what should be done and how to do it

Travel Requirements

* Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time

Physical Requirements

* Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunity to move about

  • On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles

Working Conditions

* Located in a comfortable indoor area, with occasional exposure to unpleasant conditions

  • Under constant pressure to continuously meet tight deadlines, demanding quotas, and/or deal with difficult situations

Minimum Qualifications

* Must be eighteen years of age or older

  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

* PMI certification preferred

  • 3 years of retail experience or process management in a related area

Minimum Education

* The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job

  • Strong quantitative skills such as statistics and data analysis
