Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Operator to join our team, working 100% remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a Live Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for managing social media accounts, engaging with audiences, and providing exceptional customer support through live chat. If you're a skilled communicator with a passion for social media management and customer support, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

* Manage social media accounts for businesses, including posting updates, photos, and responding to comments

  • Engage in live chat to answer customer inquiries, provide information on products, and offer discounts
  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to drive engagement and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and customer support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management and customer support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and engagement levels

Requirements

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection

  • Basic proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)
  • No previous experience is necessary, as full training will be provided
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ability to follow instructions closely and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
