Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Agent to join our remote team. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels, including live chat, phone, and email. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat, phone, and email
- Responding to client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Conducting outbound calls to customers for service follow-ups and feedback
- Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilizing phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers
- Collaborating with the sales team to address customer needs promptly
- Handling client services inquiries and providing appropriate solutions
- Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to clients
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred
- Strong computer skills for data entry tasks
