Minimum Requirements/Additional Info
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of customer service experience (preferred)
- Your own PC and high-speed Internet service (both of which will be tested as part of the application process)
- A Desktop PC is preferred, with Windows 8.1 (or higher) and OSX 10.13+ (or later)
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace in your home
- A telephone, landline or cell, is required based on the position offered
- Strong computer and Internet skills, with the ability to operate multiple applications simultaneously
- A typing test will be part of the application process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
