Key Responsibilities
As a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing all insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests
- Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Taking premium payments from customers and ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Following up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, offer additional insurance protection, and solve or refer problems
- Fostering strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
- Presenting and explaining insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals
- Providing customers with additional information about new products and services
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Personal lines P&C license
- An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Great customer service skills
