Job Overview

As an Evening Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional and friendly manner. You will resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will also assist customers with product or service questions, troubleshooting, and account updates. Your accuracy and attention to detail will be crucial in documenting customer interactions and escalating issues as needed.

  • Availability: Able to work evening hours (e.g., 5 PM - 10 PM EST).
  • Mindset: Problem-solver with a positive attitude and patience when dealing with customers.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable to evolving customer needs and company policies.
