Job Description
As a Travel Customer Services Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive an unparalleled level of service throughout their journey. You'll be the main point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice, support, and consulting to ensure a unique and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of clients' onboarding, professional services, and consulting to deliver a tailored customer experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their journey, providing pre-booking advice, post-booking support, and in-trip assistance
- Liaise between customers and suppliers to resolve requests, complaints, and updates in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize support and CRM systems to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
Essential Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience gained within the travel industry is essential
- Experience working with support and CRM systems is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong technical skills and self-learning ability to understand multi-platform systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Availability to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and evenings
Preferred Qualifications:
* In-Resort team experience is an advantage
- Ski experience is not essential but an advantage
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
Salary and Benefits:
* Competitive base salary of £29,000
