What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering and Transferring Inbound and Outbound Calls: Provide exceptional customer service by answering and transferring calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing Support to Other Departments and Mail Services: Collaborate with other departments and mail services to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of customer requests.
  • Processing Customer Service Requests, Payments, and Administrative Tasks: Process customer service requests, payments, and administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Insurance Tracking and Reporting: Track and report on insurance-related activities to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Assisting with Early-Stage Collections Duties: Assist with early-stage collections duties to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At Least 3 Years of Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Detail-Oriented and Organized: A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
