Key Responsibilities
As a Live Chat and Telephone Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to chat and tele chat inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring that clients receive accurate and timely support
- Building and maintaining positive client relationships through personalized support and follow-up interactions
- Troubleshooting technical issues to ensure a seamless experience for our clients
- Providing accurate information about services, pricing, and policies to clients

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in live chat or tele chat
