Job Summary
As a Program Manager – Customer Returns Experience at arenaflex, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new solutions to enhance the customer returns process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Satisfaction Tasks, Merchandizing Classification groups, and Customer Service, to identify areas for improvement and develop creative solutions to address them. Your goal will be to make the returns process more efficient, effective, and customer-friendly.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a deep understanding of our customer segments to best comprehend and address their needs.
- Design and implement new customer-facing returns solutions to make the returns process more convincing, effective, and customer-friendly.
- Own the development and launch of customer-facing returns options to address existing and future edge cases, including drop-off options at physical locations, introducing new carriers, and sent names, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Satisfaction Tasks, Merchandizing Classification groups, and Customer Service, to identify areas for improvement and develop creative solutions to address them.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance the customer returns experience.
- Track key performance indicators and manage detailed project plans to drive execution and accountability.
- Communicate project updates to Customer Service and other key stakeholders.
- Identify areas of risk for RRC expectations and collaborate with leaders to address and mitigate them.
- Oversee interdependencies and coordination across projects to ensure that information related to project expectations, risks, and issues is accurately communicated to key stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration, key partnerships, coordinated planning, and mutually beneficial relationships with leaders, project managers, and key stakeholders.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management or similar experience managing cross-functional projects and aligning business and technical requirements.
- Demonstrated history of developing and implementing customer-facing solutions in an product management capacity.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and communicate product strategy and impact.
- Ability to present new, innovative solutions and ideas to address diverse customer needs.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving growth and improvements in the customer experience area.
