The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
  • Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be:

  • Fluent in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (C1 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level)
  • A flexible and dynamic individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
