If so, we want to hear from you! arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our team on a night shift (11pm-8am) rotation. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations.

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to our customers. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide product information, and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools to efficiently manage customer interactions
  • Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry clients
  • Understanding and addressing customer needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including those related to data security and customer confidentiality
  • Participating in training, coaching, and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, and position
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals and resolve complex issues

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a contact center or retail environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on quality and quantity
  • A growth/learning mindset to help manage change and adapt to new situations
  • Excellent thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer with repetitive hand and wrist movement
  • Proficiency with computers, especially our CRM and tools
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and knowledge of multiple platforms/operating systems

Salary

The salary for this position is $42,000 USD per year.
