Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist on our Channel Improvement/Global Accounting team, you'll be responsible for providing expert-level support in data analysis, financial reporting, and accounting processes. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement new processes and procedures, and you'll be a key player in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert-level support in data analysis, financial reporting, and accounting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and lead projects that make a real impact on our financial performance
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide clear and concise financial reporting and analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial reporting
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to refine existing processes and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Strong background in data analysis and financial reporting, with experience working with complex financial data
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with Blackline modules, including accounts, coordinating, and journals modules
- CPA or CMA certification, or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
