Experienced Full Stack Business Development Director – Customer Growth Strategy & Partnership Development

This role will play a critical part in driving new business, category growth, and pipeline management through strategic leadership, innovative thinking, and exceptional relationship-building skills.

Job Summary
As a Sr. Director, Customer Growth Business Development, you'll serve as the strategic bridge between arenaflex and our potential/existing customers and their guests. You'll represent the voice of customers in how our brands and capabilities can best serve their needs. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, marketing expertise, and relationship-building skills to drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all growth/customer marketing related activities for the new Business Development COE, including strategic planning, project management, and team leadership.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-Suite marketing executives at top customers in the pipeline, ensuring alignment and support for arenaflex's business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure support for Business Development project needs, including Insights, Digital, Brand, Assets, Commercial, and other teams.
- Develop and implement customer stewardship materials to provide improved support of efforts led by other FSOP customer teams, such as Why Coke Evolution and Value Bundle.
- Provide customer insights to brand, integrated marketing, innovation, and strategy teams, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Identify key trends and gaps within our value bundle, connecting with internal subject matter experts to develop solutions and commercialize best practices.
- Create a communication plan for internal senior leaders to steward marketing strategies, using various tools to gain alignment and drive results.
- Build impactful relationships through industry engagements, leveraging arenaflex's global presence and reputation to drive business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, agency, or equivalent years of CPG experience, preferably with a background/experience working with Foodservice customers.
- Proven track record of developing unique and compelling beverage partnership strategies, with a strong understanding of customer marketing and shopper marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to lead through complex, long-term projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills, solution orientation, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Planning and organizing skills, with the ability to lead through change and adapt to new situations.
- Fast and agile learner, with a willingness to continuously develop and improve skills.
Travel Requirements
* Approximately 20-30% travel required, with a preference for Eastern or Central time zones.

Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive salary range: $175,000 - $201,000.
- Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position.
- Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 30.
