Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their cloud transformation journey, identifying and accelerating value realization, enabling cloud readiness, and establishing operating models to drive long-term success. You will work closely with AWS account managers, solution architects, and service team subject matter experts to remove obstacles, solve customer problems, and facilitate mission workload transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with organizations at various stages of their cloud adoption journey to identify and accelerate value realization through the adoption of AWS services, partner solutions, best practices, and other.
- Help customers achieve organizational cloud readiness, cloud fluency, and cloud skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, training partners, and other.
- Establish and mature operating models/structures to drive scale and long-term success through the application of AWS frameworks and mechanisms.
- Collaborate with internal AWS teams and services to apply technical, business, and program management expertise to solve complex technology problems for customers.
- Work backwards from the customer to define opportunities that are strategic to their cloud journey, including large-scale migrations, data analytics, digital transformation, and innovation.
- Interface with partner and cross-functional teams, customer team members, and pre/post sales to drive detailed discussions seeking alignment to deliver cloud adoption and migration strategies with and on behalf of customers.
- Create, manage, and deliver business and technology projects navigating risks or roadblocks and execute in an ambiguous and changing environment.
- Share best practice learnings into reusable assets for internal reuse to support the evolution of the AWS customer experience and/or Customer Solutions Manager discipline.
Requirements
* 8+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience.
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent.
- Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams.
- 8+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs in the U.S. Department of Defense (5+ of these years working with the U.S. Space Force) and 3+ years working DoD delivery/post-sales programs, with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience.
Preferred Qualifications
* PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification.
- Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects or similar.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, test, build, deployment processes, and timelines.
- Knowledge of U.S. Department of Defense compliance frameworks and security requirements, such as NIST and DoD CC SRG.
