Job Description
As a Spanish Overnight Card Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels. You will utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to arenaflex. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to reward redemptions, customer information updates, card activations, making payments, processing lost or stolen cards, statement and APR inquiries, and credit line increase and decrease requests
- Utilizing multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer inquiries
- Building the arenaflex Financial brand by providing industry-leading care and innovative solutions
- Assisting over 100+ customers per day in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment via phone, online, or chat
- Leverage 2 standard screens, verbatim scripts, and procedures to provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of recent third shift experience
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, telephones, printers, and calculators
- Ability to communicate verbally and in written form
Physical and Cognitive Requirements
* Primarily remain in a stationary position
- No required movement about the work environment to complete the major responsibilities of the job
- Primarily performed indoors in an office setting
- Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, telephones, printers, and calculators
- Ability to communicate verbally and in written form
