What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll also be responsible for addressing customer inquiries about baggage policies, seating arrangements, and loyalty programs.
Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize CRM systems to document customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline customer service processes
- Provide emergency response communications if necessary

Requirements:
