Job Summary

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and driving business success. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement effective solutions, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

* Interact with customers to gather support data, resolve billing discrepancies, and ensure invoice accuracy

  • Provide input to policies, systems, methods, and procedures for the effective management and control of the premium billing function
  • Educate customers on the availability of receiving invoices and remitting payments through online applications
  • Monitor outstanding balances and take appropriate actions to ensure clients pay as billed
  • Manage the preparation of invoices and complete reconciliation of billing with accounts receivables
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective solutions, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Ability to train onsite for the first two days in Schaumburg, IL
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM CST

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ years of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience or 1+ years of experience in an office setting, call center setting, or phone support role

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task duties and understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product

Telecommuting Requirements

* Reside within the state of Illinois

  • Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Soft Skills

* Ability to multi-task duties and understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product

  • All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to arenaflex's Telecommuter Policy
