Responsibilities
As a Remote Text Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer queries via live chat on business websites, providing timely and accurate solutions to their inquiries
- Addressing questions related to shipping, returns, and product availability, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience
- Logging in to chat systems according to your flexible schedule and managing communications effectively until the end of your shift
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Access to a computer or mobile device with internet connectivity
- The ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently
- A minimum availability of 10 hours per week
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
