This role involves managing, organizing, and optimizing critical data related to price files and internal systems, while facilitating changes and improvements. Responsibilities
As a Remote Senior Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Organizing and managing large data sets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
- Using advanced Excel functions to build and optimize data sets, generate reports, and track progress
- Transferring information from hardcopy to digital format
- Updating and maintaining price files and internal systems, ensuring they reflect current information
- Collaborating across teams to streamline data management processes and integrate data into relevant systems
- Developing and implementing efficient data workflows and procedures to support business operations
- Training staff on document retrieval procedures
- Analyzing data trends and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

- Excel certification is a plus
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Solid customer focus (internal & external)
- A workspace free from distractions with reliable, hard-wired internet connectivity
- Open to receiving and applying coaching feedback through regular meetings
- Flexibility to work global business hours is a plus
- Healthcare background with an understanding of third-party payers, reimbursement, and GPO contracting is a plus
- Prior experience with pricing or internal systems updates is a plus
