About the Job
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving our financial operations and reporting. You'll work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data, and you'll be responsible for maintaining our financial systems and processes. This is a 100% remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and prepare financial reports, including journal entries and monthly account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger accounts and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, PCAOB principles, and SOX/ internal controls
- Collaborate with FP&A, functional partners, and external stakeholders to address financial matters
- Conduct special investigations and projects to drive process improvements and efficiency gains
- Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB principles, and SOX/ internal controls
- Experience with financial software, including NetSuite, Coupa, and GSuite
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
* CPA certification or equivalent
- Experience with financial data analysis and reporting
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting
- Experience with process improvement and efficiency gains
- Strong leadership and team management skills
