The Role

As a Remote Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to potential and current Legal Shield customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your role will involve:

  • Providing inbound customer service for a leading company
  • Consistently delivering a great customer experience
  • Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Shift Options

We offer flexible shift options to accommodate your needs:

  • Full-Time Shift - Option #1: Thursday - Monday, 12:30 am - 9:00 am
  • Full-Time Shift - Option #2: Tuesday/Wednesday, 12:30 am - 9:00 am, and Friday - Sunday, 4:30 pm - 1:00 am
  • Part-Time Shift: Saturday/Sunday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Background check required

Required Equipment

To ensure a seamless customer experience, you will need:

  • A laptop or desktop PC with Windows 10 (cannot be an Apple product, Surface, or Chromebook)
  • Ability to hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an Ethernet cable
  • USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone
  • Webcam (external or embedded)
