Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer care through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses. Your primary goal will be to help customers resolve their issues and provide them with a positive experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers through phone calls, chat messages, and email responses
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues

Schedule
As an independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to create a work schedule that works best for you. While the majority of work hours will be during weekdays and daytime, you'll have the opportunity to select your own schedule and work at times that suit your needs.
Earnings & Revenue
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll earn a competitive hourly rate of up to $19 per hour. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and you'll have the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

Technology & Equipment Requirements
To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:
- Quiet and secure work environment during working hours
- Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
- Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app

Contractual Relationship
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
