We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. Following an initial 3 weeks of comprehensive on-site training in Tampa, Florida, you'll enjoy the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to balance your work and personal life while delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for onboarding new customers, responding to account inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication across various departments.Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and respond to account inquiries with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.
- Ensure seamless communication across various departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Address billing inquiries and manage tasks efficiently through our ticketing system.
- Exhibit exceptional care and urgency, exemplifying our unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in managing billing inquiries and familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Prior experience in Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Provider support is preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
