Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and passionate Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. This is a part-time job with working hours of under 4 hours per day, allowing you to balance your personal life while contributing to one of the leading airlines in the world.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Care Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

  • Assisting customers with their inquiries, including flight changes, cancellations, and refunds.
