Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Chat Specialist to join our team in the United States, with a focus on serving customers in NV, TX, AZ, ID, SD, and NC. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for answering inbound sales leads, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering all inbound sales leads in a timely and professional manner

  • Handling all complaints with top priority and working towards immediate resolution
  • Treating all inquiries or orders with top priority, providing exceptional customer service and support

  • Collaborating with the Sales Manager(s) and department Sales Consultant Lead(s) to achieve sales targets and goals
