Key Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to investors, responding to their inquiries, and addressing their concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Communicating effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
