Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Google Translate Customer Support Specialist - Freshers, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients and partners. You'll work closely with our technical teams to identify and resolve technical issues, provide product briefings, and collaborate with product management to prioritize features that drive client adoption. Responsibilities

* Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, grasp key client technical concerns, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers.

• Provide AI expertise to support the technical relationship with Google's clients, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and collaboration with product management to prioritize features that drive client adoption.
• Work with clients to demonstrate and model Google Cloud product integrations in client/partner environments.
• Suggest integration techniques, proof-of-concept models, platforms, and application infrastructure to execute a comprehensive solution using best practices on Google Cloud.
• Attend client sites, meetings, and other related events on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Four-year certification or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in virtualization or cloud native models in a client-facing or support role.
• Experience with large data, AI, and mathematical programming frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB).
• Preferred qualifications:

+ Experience building AI systems and utilizing specific AI frameworks (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks). + Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for adaptable, distributed systems. + Experience in data and information management as it relates to large data patterns and issues within organizations. + Ability to rapidly adapt, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, processes, and solutions in the cloud/IT innovation space.
