The Role

As our Executive Vice President, Customer Success & Services, you'll be responsible for leading the development of customer success, professional services, and support motions that drive exceptional customer experiences and maximize the value of our tech skills development platform. You'll be a seasoned executive with a proven track record in a senior customer success leadership position, particularly in a growth environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in building and scaling global teams, creating industry-leading customer journeys, and driving customer retention and renewals in partnership with sales and services leadership.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development of customer success, professional services, and support motions to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value of our platform

  • Build and scale global teams to drive customer success and growth
  • Create industry-leading customer journeys that exceed customer expectations
  • Drive customer retention and renewals in partnership with sales and services leadership
  • Develop and implement data-driven success motions to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth
  • Develop other leaders within the organization to ensure a culture of customer success
  • Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to drive rapid revenue growth and ensure collaboration across the global customer success organization

Essential Qualifications

* Proven track record in a senior customer success leadership position, particularly in a growth environment

  • Experience in leading teams that utilize CRM platforms
  • Strong focus on data-driven success motions and customer journey mapping
  • Background in B2B SaaS and customer success
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align with various departments
  • Experience in developing and implementing customer success strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a public company or fast-paced growth environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong understanding of the Information Technology and Services sector
  • Experience in developing and implementing customer success metrics and KPIs
  • Certification in customer success or a related field
