Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Entry Level Customer Success Assistant to join our remote team. As a live chat assistant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You will be responsible for responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts, answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. Key Responsibilities

As a live chat assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts
  • Answering customer questions and providing solutions to their queries
  • Providing sales links and offering discounts to customers
  • Collaborating with our Customer Success Manager to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Working closely with our team to achieve our business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Basic English writing skills
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or live chat support
