Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and escalating complex issues as needed
- Troubleshooting product or service-related problems in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting all interactions and updating customer records accurately
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including resolution rates, response times, and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products/services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
