Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and escalating complex issues as needed
  • Troubleshooting product or service-related problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting all interactions and updating customer records accurately
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including resolution rates, response times, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products/services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
  • Proficiency in technology, including cloud-based software and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack)
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services (training will be provided)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
