Role and Responsibilities
As a Customer Relations Agent, you'll play a vital role in handling inquiries from customers via live chat, email, and text, ensuring they receive top-notch service with every interaction. Your responsibilities will include:

- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
