As a Remote Email/Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients via email and live chat. You'll respond to customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide product information to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer emails and live chats in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and accurate responses to their queries.
  • Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to customers via email and live chat, demonstrating a strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • Provide Product Information: Offer product information, pricing, and availability to customers, ensuring that they have a seamless and informed experience with our products and services.
  • Document Customer Interactions: Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system, providing valuable insights for process improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless communication across departments.
  • Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our team.
