Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll be responsible for proposing new alternatives to identify candidates, identifying opportunities for improvement in our current processes, and managing job postings on various job portals. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work in a team will be essential in driving our talent acquisition efforts forward.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
- Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidates who apply
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
What We're Looking For:
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
