Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist / Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all users. You'll be the first point of contact for our community, providing timely and effective live chat support to resolve inquiries and issues from students, parents, and staff. Responsibilities

* Provide timely and effective live chat support to resolve inquiries and issues from students, parents, and staff.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers in a virtual environment.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our support system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues swiftly.
  • Assist in developing knowledge base articles and resources to improve customer self-service options.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to enhance the overall support process.
  • Other related duties as assigned to improve customer support and engagement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Contact Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus.

  • Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with live chat support tools and customer support software.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
