The Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Live Chat Support, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service through phone, email, and chat channels. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our research team to identify and escalate complex issues, and provide administrative support as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed, routing calls to the appropriate resource when necessary
- Perform research using available resources to provide required information to callers
- Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team
- Complete necessary administrative work as needed, including accurate call logs
- Participate in other projects as assigned by your supervisor
