Position:

Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Specialist

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Managing Inbound Customer Communications:

Answering incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Consulting on Customer Success:

Advising customers on how to successfully leverage our products and services based on their unique needs and goals.

Maintaining Working Product Knowledge:

Staying up-to-date on our products and services to ensure accurate and strategic information is provided to customers.

Tracking Interactions in CRM:

Recording customer interactions in our internal system to facilitate cross-functional awareness and relationship development.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent:

A degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

1-2 Years Proven Experience:

A proven track record of supporting client success and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills:

The ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.

Ability to Address Complaints and Issues:

A positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and issues.

Passion for Delighting Customers:

A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding customer expectations.

Excellent Time-Management and Prioritization Skills:

The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM System:

Experience with CRM systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
