The Role

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve their concerns and provide exceptional service. You'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining good customer relations both on the phone and in person
• Gathering information from customers to help identify and solve problems
• Confirming, scheduling, and rescheduling services for the customer
• Setting sales appointments for new customers
• Answering billing questions
• Completing general clerical duties as assigned
• Working as a team with Service and Sales
• Selling the value of our services and suggesting upgrades to service
• Providing a positive and professional experience for our customers

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• A pleasant phone voice and ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone
• Demonstrated multitasking skills to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers
• The ability to remain calm and work under pressure when busy and help other team members
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
• A successful pre-employment background screen
