The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. Your primary focus will be on conducting industry and location-specific research, identifying business licensing requirements, and communicating directly with government agencies to assist with research inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct industry and location-specific research for our clients, identifying all federal, state, county, and city-level business licensing requirements

• Create business-specific research packages for timely delivery to clients
• Identify and compile licensure specifications in both PDF and Excel formats, including forms, hyperlinks, supporting documents, exam requirements, prerequisites, turnaround times, fees, and renewal data
• Communicate directly with government agencies to assist with business license research inquiries
• Provide research in connection with internal support tasks for other team members

Skills and Qualifications

* Strong customer relations and customer support skills

• Excellent research skills, with the ability to identify and analyze licensing requirements and regulations
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and government agencies
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, law, or a related field)
• 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or research role

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Familiarity with government agencies and business licensing regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
