Job Description
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our card members via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will develop a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to effectively assist card members with their inquiries, account management, and financial needs.
