Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Your duties will include:

  • Customer Assistance: Providing exceptional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Booking and Reservations: Assisting customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and other reservation-related tasks.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolving customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, aiming to exceed their expectations.
  • Information Sharing: Providing customers with up-to-date information on flight schedules, delays, and other travel-related details.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for our customers.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry.

  • Language skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and/or other languages relevant to our customer base.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in using remote communication tools, such as Zoom, Skype, and/or other video conferencing software.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as customer service or sales certifications.
