What You'll Do
As a Full Stack Customer Care Specialist I - Technical Support, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing world-class service to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer complaints, and upselling our products and services. You'll also be expected to think and act in ways that put our customers first, exceeding their expectations and building long-term relationships. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Upselling our products and services to customers
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to improve your technical skills and knowledge
Who You Are

You'll be comfortable working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, and you'll be able to adapt to changing situations with ease. You'll be personable, enthusiastic, and confident in your ability to troubleshoot technical issues and upsell our products and services. Some of the key qualifications we're looking for include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of experience providing customer service or selling products and services
- Ability to work in a remote environment with high-speed internet connection
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:
- 6 months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues
- 6 months of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
- Keen aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
- 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role, not necessarily specific to call centers
- Enthusiastic and personable, with the ability to adapt and thrive in constant change
- Previous telecommunications experience
